Chris from Ramselec is an old school sparky, he does all the quoting himself (not done by a young sales kid), he designs the system for optimal generation and storage and manages the install start to finish himself. He helped me understand the ins and outs of solar installs as a newby, problem solved issues related to my property, went above and beyond to get a new to market inverter and battery system that I was after, provided by the far the best value for money quote of all the companies I contacted, and did a super professional and clean install and set up. He'll save you plenty of $ and will do a quality job. He also did a drone fly over giving us a video of the panels after install. Top notch, thanks Chris 👌 ~ Leif G
Switchboard upgrade & 6.63kw solar system installation made simple... Thank you to Chris & his team for your wonderful customer service, commitment to excellence & professionalism. I had received quotes from other Solar groups & I hadn't felt comfortable with salesmen & not a qualified electrician coming out. Chris quoted on my job himself & answered all my queries. He returned the day after the installation to follow up & install an awning over the inverter to protect it from the elements. Ramselec are my new go too electrical contractors & I will be sharing & recommending this great local business to my friends & family. Chris and his team were professional and clear from the start. I monitored the Facebook group "Solar Q&A Aus/NZ" for a long time and ended up chatting directly with Chris's electrician, Anthony Torc. I was sold on the quality of Anthony's work and the pride he took in it (knowing that he would be the one doing the work at my house). That said, I also got 5 quotes and Ramselec were by far the best value for money. There was only one quote that matched their price and that quote was using a budget inverter and budget panels. I was thrilled to get a top-range inverter and mid-range panels for the same price. Thanks team, I've no hesitation in rating you 5 stars and recommending you to everyone. ~ Liam J
