Chris and his team were professional and clear from the start. I monitored the Facebook group "Solar Q&A Aus/NZ" for a long time and ended up chatting directly with Chris's electrician, Anthony Torc. I was sold on the quality of Anthony's work and the pride he took in it (knowing that he would be the one doing the work at my house). That said, I also got 5 quotes and Ramselec were by far the best value for money. There was only one quote that matched their price and that quote was using a budget inverter and budget panels. Yesterday we had our solar panel system replaced by Ramselec crew. Price was excellent value for money. Arrived 10 minutes before the 8am start time, were efficient very polite nothing was too much trouble. cleaned up took everything away even replaced a cracked tile with one we already had. Panels look amazing just waiting for the inspection to get us switched back on. We have a battery already and Rhys showed me things we had never been made aware of. we had no idea that we could fill the battery at off peak time and use the battery during peak times . After almost two months searching numerous solar installers for quotes and choosing Ramselec out of them was very worth it. Was very pleased with the outcome of solar installations at our house last 14/9/23. They were very kind & professional to deal with. On top of these, they have 5 years value added free extra site annual service to look after the installed solar system (within 10 years workmanship warranty).With my shopping around, its only them that they have such added service which is peace of mind. As lm quite a perfectionist when it comes to my home.l have been looking into getting solar panels for quite some time and came across Ramselec. A very efficient and professional process from start to finish. Chris assessed our needs through our recent electricity bills and recommended a 6.6 Kw system. The team were exceptionally professional with the installation and took care on our newly painted roof. The job was completed within a day and looked sensational. Chris even replaced a cracked laser light panel (from a previous tradesman) whilst finishing off the job! Chris had arranged the array so that panels were able to maximise sun light exposure and the inverter was installed in a protected space in the garage. We are very happy with the work and it has made a major difference to our power bills even after the installation of a ducted split system. I have started planning our home solar system since March. After comparing around 10 solar installers across Victoria. We have finally selected Ramselec for their great pricing, professionalism and 5-year workmanship service. At the end of May, 22 panels and 10kw inverter are installed perfectly according to our plan. Chris and Rhys have done an amazing job installing the system. Rhys found a cracked roof tile before the installation. They tried to fix it for me on the day. However, they couldn't repair that pre-existing broken tile due to the rain. Chris came back three days later, diagnosed the tile crack is too big to repair, and offered a free tile replacement in the coming days after he get the stock. WOW. This kind of customer service and caring is totally beyond our expectation. We are very happy that we have chosen Ramselec. I was extremely sceptical regarding the benefits of solar. They were refereed to me by a friend and once Chris came to quote and step me through the process. He made it clear in explaining the different types of inverters and solar panels. I had an issue with the smart meter but Chris had it sorted quickly. It actually wasn't his mistake as he had it right the first time. If you go down this path please make sure you get a smart meter as without this you will not know how your power is being distributed. Even in winter you get some benefits as the sun does appear every now and again. Highly recommend the team from Ramselec. ~ Domenic S

I'm very happy and satisfied for the upgrading works and prompt service (supply and installation) done by Ramselec on my solar system (from 3kw to 6.6kw). Commencing from the quotation phase up to the completed installation phase, Ramselec (Alistair and Chris) were very helpful, providing good customer service and answers to all my questions on government rebates and other technical queries. Our Journey started first with Anthony from Powersavers . He advised us of the best system which would suit our home and our pocket. Anthony's choice now that we got the system was on the money. In winter our bill is not more than $40. We use split systems for heated, our spa runs everyday, use the dishwasher and washing machine. Our electrical bills are a bit mind blowing but it's because of our 10.3kw solar system. Installation was done by Ramselec. Chris , Sam and his guys are the masters when it comes to solar installations. 25 panels and everything was done in under 10hrs. Their Workmanship was outstanding. Their professionalism is amazing. Fantastic from first phone call to install. Alistair was polite, concise and professional. The solution (panels and inverter) chosen for the job were well rated and reliable from a market perspective and he instilled confidence with his knowledge and experience of what we would need to achieve the right result. Chris was just as professional as Alastair to talk to and in organising the installation. Job required some changes on the day, but we were made aware before those changes were made, which was appreciated. Ramselec also installed panels on my father’s house some years ago and came highly recommended from him. I was not disappointed at all. 4 companies were approached in total including Ramselec while I was first looking into this. One was far too expensive, two never responded. We just had Ramselec Solar complete the installation of the following Solar and Battery configuration “ a 3-phase 19.8kW system and a 16.28kW system featuring high-performance Hanersun 45x440W panels, a SUNGROW 15kW hybrid inverter, together with a SUNGROW 16kWh battery. I have to say the quality of workmanship and the knowledge the guys carrying out the works was second to none. A massive shout out to Leigh who did inverter, battery and associated wiring of the brains of the system as I could not be happier, well done. Could not be happier with the finished installation of our new pv system. Our objective was to install the biggest possible single phase system our roof would allow, given the obstacles already present on our roof (solar pool heating and skylights) Ramselec were able to provide a detailed quote/design of a suitable sized system of 13 kilowatts split over two arrays north and east. The installation crew were great and very pleasant to deal with and showed great respect to the care of our property both inside and out, no mess left onsite and even cleaned out the gutters (no screws or off cuts of cable/ties left in gutter). Ramselec’s site manager/installer Rhys was fantastic throughout the whole process, and dealt with any issues that arose during the Install and made sure we were 100% percent happy Rhys actually went above and beyond to achieve this!! They were fantastic to dela with from the quote all the way to the instal and post installation hook up with the electricity service providers to organise the connection to the grid. I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his team. I have had solar installed in the past with no financial benefit and the tech unable to understand why. Within 2 minutes of checking my system Chris had sorted the trouble and now I get the benefit of both my old system and the new one. We live rurally and depend on electricity for EVERYTHING, including our water and sewerage so this makes a real difference.
